PROGRAMS

The Five Realms of Life is taught in four modes:

Demonstrations are 30 minutes to one hour and are meant to help give participants a sample of Five Realms activities and ideas. Demonstrations require a flat fee, and the number of participants is limited only by the practice space. Demonstrations are helpful to meeting groups, conferences and retreats where participants need a movement break.

Classes last one to two hours and are meant give each participant a good understanding of Five Realms Meditative Movement. Classes require a flat fee, and the maximum number of participants is dictated by available space.

Seminars are taught in two formats: A) a four-hour class; B) a daylong retreat that lasts four to eight hours; or C) a weekend retreat that starts Friday evening and ends Sunday morning. Seminars require a minimum of eight participants, and the maximum number of participants is dictated by available space.

Excursions require four full days and can be taught consecutively (for example, Monday through Thursday), or once a week (for example, four Sundays). Excursions require a minimum of eight participants and can accommodate a maximum of 24 participants.

SERVICES

The Five Realms of Life programs can be adapted to accommodate different groups:

Martial Arts Schools: Schools will find this practice complementary to any style of martial arts practice. The programs can be taught as a warm up for seminar groups; a featured one-hour class among other classes at a seminar; or as a full daylong seminar.

Spiritual Communities: Any positive and open spiritual community can benefit from this practice. Engage your health ministry, youth group, choir, men’s group, women’s group, or study group.

Family and Friends: The practice makes a great experience for family events, such as family reunions or holiday gatherings. Gather your circle of friends, your fraternity or sorority, your social or sports club, and schedule a Five Realms experience that will help your group bond.

Meetings and Gatherings: Demonstrations are great for starting meetings, helping participants digest their lunches, or energizing a group after a long period of sitting in a chair.

Corporations: Business organizations can choose available or custom programs to fit meetings, wellness programs, or team cohesion training.

Leadership Training: Any individual or organization can use the Five Realms program to better manage people and situations. Understanding the practice will help you know when to act, when to be flexible, when to seek a wider perspective, and when to stand firm. Instead of reacting from habit, fear or panic, the practice will help you make strategic choices from a centered place of  values, strategies, and goals.
